I am going to share the tips got from my personal experience. Once I was in a fix with my extra pounds and suffered for few years. I think you will get the success that I got. Let’s share and you get benefited.

Five powerful weight loss tips are as follows:

No.1. Do smoothly some simple exercises: You can walk half an hour a day. Don’t go to the elevator, rather than use the stairs. Enhance you working ability complete small works. If you are too fat to do a very little work, you should go to a physician before starting any kind of works and exercise.
No.2. Keep yourself busy: When you are not doing anything or living alone, definitely you will get bored and thinking of food, different evil thoughts etc. which are bad habit come arise. But you need to keep in your mind that you have to do not only eating but also others works. You can go on fishing, painting, playing a piano, cleaning out your surroundings, working a puzzle such as crossword, jigsaw, Sudoku etc., playing something else.
No.3. Make your family understand: Everybody doesn’t have knowledge on health and fitness. Those who don’t care about this must dispirit you. They may be your family member and friends, make them understand what and why you are doing.
No.4. Set up a target: You should set up a primary target that you have to lose weight how much pounds within how many days. After that set up intermediate destination. After getting accomplished the target, work hard for more extra pounds loss. I hope you will be pleased in the long run.
No.5. Estimate that you have gained:  With these weight loss tips you are going to have a permanent weight loss. Which one is easy for you? A computer spreadsheet or notebook? It’s upto you. Take a track record of your chest, waist, thighs, and hips every few weeks later. It may be 4 or 5 weeks. It will help you to know your weight loss measurement. When you will see that you have come a long way to weight loss, I am sure that you will not go to your previous bad habits.  When you will start your diet plan, keep the records of calories you need by your age, weight, height; intake calories, burnt calories,, food value which will help you to choose the food you need by your calories required.
